Shipyard is pleased to announce that a resolution was reached related to the claims and counterclaims raised in the action between Polychain Capital LP and Shipyard Software, Inc. captioned Polychain Capital LP v. Shipyard Software, Inc. C.A. No. 2022-0705-MTZ. The terms of the resolution are confidential and cannot be disclosed. 

The dispute was regarding a capital call provision relating to liquidity in the Clipper decentralized exchange.

Shipyard is looking forward to working with its partners and investors to continue its mission of building free and fair markets for all.
